How much does it cost and how long is the delivery time?
*Please note: We do not possess an EXPRESS delivery service for the moment.
Shipping costs €4.95. Your order will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after validation. Once the package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information. Orders to the Netherlands are shipped with DHL and orders to the UK are send with Royal Mail.
How do I track my order?
Once your package is on its way, you will receive an e-mail with shipping information including a link to track your parcel. Orders are supported by DHL for the Netherlands and Royal Mail for orders to the United Kingdom. Both carriers allow tracking information in real time.
Attention to the delivery times:
Your order can be delivered at any time throughout the day from Monday to Friday.
If you are absent during the passage of the carrier, a notice will be left informing you of a new date of planned delivery.
Why did I receive a part of my order and not the rest?

How do I return a product?
If the item you have bought does not suit you for some reason, you can return it within 30 days following the delivery date.

After your return arrives at our warehouse in the Netherlands, your return will be sent to our warehouse in France. As soon as we receive your return in France, you will receive a confirmation.

Rad does not bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please note that returns can sometimes take up to 15 days to reach us. If you return a product without the return form, the refund may take longer. The corresponding refund will be made once your return is received. Please also note that only products in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. The refund delay depends on your bank and may vary.We inform you that we do not proceed to exchanges. Following products are not eligible for returns: underwear, undies, bralettes, leggings.
